If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any full priced Dangerous Curves product please return it to us unworn and in original condition no later than 7 days from the delivery date. We will send you a free post size replacement or issue a refund using the original method of payment. You can also arrange a product exchange for any other style at Dangerous Curves.

In addition the following conditions apply:

Deadline for all returns from Australian addresses is the 7th day after the delivery date recorded by Australia Post or where online tracking is temporarily unavailable, the earliest delivery date for the service area indicated by Australia Post.

Deadline for International returns is the 15th day after the delivery date recorded by Australia Post or your local postal service or where online tracking is temporarily unavailable, the earliest delivery date for the service area indicated by Australia Post.

Refunds can only be made to the original credit card, gift card or bank account used to make the purchase. Where a gift card is used in combination with other payment methods, the gift card will be credited first, until the original gift card value is reached. Refunds can only be issued where all conditions of this policy have been met. Postage costs are non refundable. NB. If you are returning items from an order which qualified for complimentary postage and the refund amount reduces the order value below the complimentary post threshold, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund. Gift cards are not refundable.

Free post size replacement offer applies only where a product is exchanged for another size in the same style & colour. This offer is only available for delivery within Australia and packages are sent Registered Post. If you would prefer your replacement item sent by Express Post, you can create a Product Exchange and pay the advertised delivery fee instead. A free post size replacement can only be issued where all conditions of this policy have been met.

Product Exchange can be requested where you would like to exchange for another product. Dangerous Curves's advertised delivery fees for your location apply to all exchanges for a different product or for exchanges on items purchased at a special price or with a discount code or store credits. A product exchange can only be issued where all conditions of this policy have been met.

Full Price Items can be returned for a free post size replacement, refund or product exchange provided they are purchased at the full price and paid for in full by credit card, bank deposit or gift card or a combination of these methods. If a discount code or store credits are applied to the purchase, these items can be returned for a product exchange only. Refund and Free Post Size Replacement offers do not apply to discount code or store credit purchases.

Special Price items are heavily discounted and are sold on condition that they cannot be returned for a refund or free post replacement size under Dangerous Curves's returns policy. Special Price items may be exchanged for another size in the same style, provided that the style remains available to purchase online at Dangerous Curves, the quantity of remaining stock is greater than 2 and postage costs are paid by the customer.

Intimate Items are sold on condition the sale is final and they cannot be returned under Dangerous Curves's returns policy. For the safety and assurance of all Dangerous Curves customers, intimate items such as briefs, strings, underpants, hosiery (stockings, tights, leggings), support products, swimwear or bodysuits are not suitable for return.

Dangerous Curves does not accept returns on the following items:
i. intimate items such as briefs, strings, underpants, hosiery (stockings, tights & leggings) support products, swimwear or bodysuits.
ii. products no longer in original condition i.e.: products which have been worn, washed, cleaned, soiled in any way - including by animal hair or fur, damaged, unreasonably crushed or creased or which smell of smoke, scents, cleaning agents or other odours; and
iii. any item which is returned in the same package as an item described at (i) and (ii) above
iv. any item which does not reach us within 7 days.
v. Any style no longer available to purchase online at Dangerous Curves.
vi. Any item returned to Dangerous Curves without prior arrangement.
Dangerous Curves regret that this necessitates unsuitable items being returned to the owners at their expense.

Limit of offer for free post size replacement and exchange offers is one return transaction per order.

The benefits conferred by this refund policy are provided voluntarily in addition to and independent of all other rights and remedies in respect to the purchase of goods from this store assigned to the consumer by Australian Law under the Trade Practices Act.
