If it doesn't fit, return any full priced item for another size in the same style within 7 days and we'll send the replacement to you at no extra charge provided it is the first exchange on the order and all other general conditions of exchange are met.
How To Organise Your Free Post Size Exchange.
- In the first instance e-mail us here and provide your name, order number, item you wish to exchange and the replacement size required.
- We will then provide you with an exchange authorisation and the return address details of our warehouse (Please do not return items to our office address).
- Exchanges are not accepted on items intended to be intimately worn such as Briefs, Maternity Hoisery including Maternity Leggings, Nursing Bodysuits or Swimwear etc..
- Exchanges are not accepted on items which have been worn other than is reasonable for the purpose of trying on, items which have been stained or damaged and items which have had tags or labels removed.
